We are looking for a concrete finisher and concrete labourer to join our teams. Our teams have consistent work from Moreton Bay to Hervey Bay. They must be committed to delivering a high standard in everything they do. The role requires an individual to be reliable and have a high standard in everything they do.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Assist with any finishing work required to help the team get the job completed including but not limited to**:mixing slurry, operating the chute and guiding concrete trucks, run profile tools, cut and finish expansion joints, install and finish kerb adapters, shoveling concrete, cut-out and finish driveways and pram ramps, setting up form work and hand work.**:

- For the right individual with a good eye and accuracy, work unsupervised to set out string lines prior to pouring.
- Ensure all tools are well maintained and job site is organised.
- Ensure all work has been fully completed and to a high standard.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and policies.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years experience as a concrete finisher or labourer (not necessarily in kerb)
- Experience working on civil construction sites
- Experience using hand tools: screed, magi, trowels
- Must be reliable and able to work between ordinary hours 6.30am-5pm
- Knowledge about concrete is an advantage
- Fit, strong, able to work outside all day
- Current drivers license (Manual preferred)
- Own reliable transport
- Construction Industry White Card
- Have relevant PPE: Long pants, long sleeve high vis shirt, hard hat and steel cap boots

**About the role**
- Casual position
- Rostered Monday to Friday
- Travel and meal allowances when working remotely
- Overtime
- Above award wage

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
