**Job Description**:
We currently have an opportunity for a confident and professional Warehouse Team Leader to lead one of our dynamic and customer focused operations based in Dandenong.

As a Warehouse Team Leader your role will be to direct, coordinate, supervise and meet service objectives of the customer. You will also be responsible for leading the warehouse team to ensure outstanding results are achieved whilst driving a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage warehousing activities and ensure work is performed safely
- Drive a strong safety culture and safety initiatives across warehouse
- Building and promoting a team environment that works collaboratively
- Identify CI improvements and encourage an innovative culture
- Manage daily labour against requirements and projects
- Ensure customer expectations are met and managed accordingly

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Experience in a similar position, with responsibility for leading a strong safety culture
- A proven track record in a warehousing environment
- Ability to prioritise workload and achieve results through people
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with customers, subcontractors and operational personnel.
- Strong customer service focus
