**About the Role**

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

- **Administrative Duties**:Ensuring all admin duties are completed on a daily basis
- **Billing & Invoicing**:Checking transactions, ensuring customers are billed in an accurate and timely manner
- **Warehouse Support**:Supporting the Operations Manager and Supervisor with day-to-day operation
- **Inventory Control**:Assisting with product cycle counts and reporting
- **Data Entry & Reporting**:Generating and updating reports, checking data

- Ability to understand, learn and follow processes
- High attention to detail
- Administrative experience/background
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong problem solving skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous data entry experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Experience working within warehouse or logistics environment will be highly regarded.
