About the role
A role has become available within our Technology & Development (T&D) Team due to an internal promotion (yay), and as such we're looking for our next Product Analyst to join LX The T&D Team are a highly regarded, and innovative team that run a whole lot of agile technology projects for the business.
Your role will see you focusing on building productive working relationships across LX to establish what your stakeholder's technology needs are for process improvement and business efficiency. Your role will also involve the provision of advice and articulating what can and can't be achieved, as well as project management.
**Some other parts of your role will include**:
- Continually prioritising projects in line with business needs, and our strategic blueprint.
- Working through a backlog of requirements and owning the product roadmap for each.
- Communicating information to non-technical audiences.
This is a 3-year fixed term position, paying a salary between $103,920 and $125,735 + superannuation. There is an option to access our flexible working options, and people that enjoy working from both the office will be very happy with our hybrid working policy
About you
You're an experienced scrum master and business analyst, with a strong ability to build quality working relationships with your stakeholders. A big part of your role will be that rapport building stuff so that you can really understand what your stakeholders need, and provide them the correct advice.
In terms of other skills and technical ability, here are some other things we're looking for:
- Experience working on projects, with a knowledge of project management methodology.
- Knowledge of business analysis, and other strategic planning processes.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
