Canex are sourcing experienced Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor who can formalise processes and practises across the Qld Warehouse Operation.

In the role, you will ensure warehouse efficiency through effective management and utilisation of resources, including responsibilities in:

- Manage all activities of the QLD Warehouse
- Manage people and resources based on business needs and priorities
- Review and prepare workflow, space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans
- Supervise daily activities to ensure the w/h duties and picking is made in full
- Oversee that freight is loaded safely and correctly
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations
- Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries and stock levels
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
- Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures, locally and nationally
- Produce Warehouse optimization reports, report on capacity and utilisation

**What we need from you**?
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Knowledge of warehouse systems and databases
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff levels
- Excellent time management, organisational and project management skills
- Able to work 8am till 6pm daily
