**To develop, organise and deliver training programs to support workers while promoting health and wellbeing and ensuring high quality care is delivered**

An exciting opportunity is available for experienced clinical trainers to support our teams in the delivery of high quality training to provide services to participants and their families.

**What you’ll do**:

- Facilitate small training sessions for workers to support participants with high intensity needs
- Liaise with Training Facilitator and team for the organisation of training across multiple services
- Contribute to the development of new training packages and maintain existing training packages and resources
- Monitor medication incidents and work in conjunction with team leaders to provide remedial training
- Role model safe work practices and adhere to WHS policy and procedure
- Raise concerns about the quality of care or service concerning healthcare to Management
- Report all risks, hazards, incidents, near misses and accidents as per the correct procedure
- Comply with code of conduct and commit to the NDIS practice standards under the Quality and Safeguarding Framework
- Maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with Identitywa policy and procedure
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the Executive Manager Workforce & Development

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and or Nurses Board of WA.
- Qualifications and/or previous experience in teaching or training with understanding of adult education and learning principles
- Minimum three years’ full time experience work as a registered nurse
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
- Ability to communicate information clearly and accurately, including presentations to small groups
- Well-developed computer literacy skills in Microsoft programs
