**How you'll make an impact**

At AMP, you'll lead a dynamic team of Tech Support Analysts, shaping the future of our service desk operations and driving excellence in customer support. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance our service delivery, while mentoring and growing your team of six analysts. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving complex technical challenges and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless integration of support services.

**What you'll bring to the role**

As an experienced technical leader, you'll bring a proven track record in managing support teams and delivering exceptional service. Your deep understanding of end-user computing, coupled with expertise in Windows 11, Windows365, MS Teams and cloud technologies like Azure and Intune, will be essential in driving our technical capabilities forward. Your strong stakeholder management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will help you build lasting relationships across the business while maintaining high service standards.
