**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Business & Growth Leadership** - Manage all club operations, analyze performance data, and identify expansion opportunities
- **Sales & Membership Growth** - Drive revenue, lead a high-performing sales team, and set ambitious targets.
- **Member Experience & Community Engagement** - Ensure every visitor has an exceptional experience and feels like part of the ClubFit family
- **Team Leadership & Development** - Recruit, train, and inspire your team to succeed and grow with us
- **Facility & Operations Management** - Keep our 1000sqm facility running smoothly, ensuring top-tier equipment and services

**What We’re Looking For**

✔ A passionate, hands-on leader with **at least 2 years of Club Management experience or proven history in gym management.**
✔ A **sales-driven mindset**, with a knack for growing memberships and revenue
✔ Someone who thrives in a **team-oriented, high-energy environment**
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ The ability to **motivate and inspire** both staff and members
✔ Experience with **club management systems, marketing, and social media coordination**
