We are looking for an individual who sets high values for their workplace and strives to better themselves every day, to join the team at Clubfit Gym Clubfit Gym is a community focused gym that is 24/7 and built around customer service. Some of our most popular services includes group fitness classes, a ladies only area, shake bar and kids creche.

**What are your key responsibilities?**
- Signing up new members and handling enquiries.
- Cleaning and sanitizing the gym area.
- Putting weights away to maintain a tidy gym floor.
- Meeting and exceeding KPI's
- Closing the facility.
- Working at the shake bar
- Ensuring members follow facility rules.
- General housekeeping.
- Communicating with members, creating a fun environment and ensuring their member experience is incredible

**What skills and attributes are we looking for?**
- 6 months Experience with Clubware and Debit Success
- Sales, Marketing & Social Media experience
- A bubbly personality
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Time management skills and ability to work in busy fast-paced periods
- Ability to multitask
- Passion for the health and fitness industry
- First Aid Certificate - preferred

**Salary**: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Casula, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
