**CELOTTI WORKFORCE** are currently seeking an experienced
**Inventory Officer** to work with our client - a leading supplier of medication management system solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adequate inventory holding of medicines, raw materials and consumables are available at all times to meet forecast consumer demand and in accordance with the production plan.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Materials planning
- Inventory management & control
- Stock ordering, raising purchase orders
- Managing vendor contracts
- Stock take
- Monthly reporting
- Making recommendations to improve operational processes
- Promoting LEAN principles
- Complying with all company policies and procedures

**Experience & Skills**:
To be successful in this role you will have/be:

- 5 years' experience in warehousing or inventory control role
- High level of communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines
- High Attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Ability to work within Quality Management System
- Tech savvy, proficient with MS Office programs
- Knowledge of requirements of cGMP (desirable)
- Certificate in Production and Inventory Control or equivalent (desirable)
