Trainee - IT Service Desk Analyst

- **Key role responsibilities**:

- Learn on the job from senior technical support staff.
- Provide general IT support to a range of customers.
- Identify and resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and collaborating with other staff.
- Take customer calls and keep notes about ticket progression.
- Manage your ticket queue to the standards set by the IT Support Manager.** Desired Skills and Experience**:
