**Key responsibilities**:
Working closely with the People & Culture Lead, you will be managing the day-to-day administrative operations for the wider People & Culture team, as well as developing and analysing people metrics for reporting.
The role includes building trusted partnerships with internal clients, as well as supporting the People & Culture team in the areas of recruitment, learning and development and across a variety of activities with a focus for continuous improvement.
**We are looking for**:
- At least two years experience in Human Resource Administration
- Experience in Human Resource Analytics (desirable)
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources / Business (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
