Landscapers & Leading Hands

Martin Brothers have only one Leading Hand and three Landscaper positions left to be filled on the landscape construction team, which will be placed within the next month. We are looking for experienced landscapers who are great at working as a team and passionate about constructing incredible landscapes.

**The Role**

Leading Hands at Martin Brothers are experienced landscapers who lead from the front, manage on-site variables autonomously and confidently manage their team to ensure excellence is delivered within a specified timeframe.

Landscapers at Martin Brothers are experts in landscaping and make up the core of the landscape construction team, a team that is hard-working, enthusiastic and driven by delivering exceptional results. This is a full-time role, working on both commercial and residential projects in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. At Martin Brothers, you will have the chance to work on some of the most prominent landscape projects in South East Queensland. Put simply, we do great work.

**Requirements**:

- Team player, team first
- Brisbane or Gold Coast Based
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in the QLD heat
- Able to take instruction and contribute ideas to the team
- Self-motivated, well-presented, with a positive attitude
- Has a strong understanding of smartphones and apps
- Strong background in landscape construction (both soft and hard)
- Excellent time management skills

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year

- 10 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Landscaping: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
