**Position Overview**:As the Gardening/Landscaping Leading Hand, you will report to the Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in supervising and coordinating our team of gardeners and landscapers. Your expertise will ensure the efficient execution of landscaping projects and maintenance tasks, all while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of skilled and motivated gardeners and landscapers, while also performing hands-on tasks.
- Project Management.
- Planning and Scheduling.
- Maintain and demonstrate a high level of safety and compliance
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers
- Perform administrative duties, including timesheets, reporting, quoting etc.

**About You**:

- A minimum of 5 years experience in gardening/landscaping with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Relevant certification or diploma in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field preferred.
- Own vehicle suitable for towing a trailer.
- Open driver’s license.
- Hands on, with a can do attitude.
- Practical thinker and problem solver.
- Friendly and energetic, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency with tools and machinery.
- Relevant certifications in safety, first aid, or machinery operation.

Expected hours: 38 - 55 per week

Schedule:
