Help WiseTech Academy transform the logistics industry through education WiseTech Academy, wholly owned by WiseTech Global (ASX: WTC), is a profitable and successful ASX-listed global technology business headquartered in Sydney.

As a Client Liaison / Administrator, you will play a vital role in helping WiseTech Academy achieve our mission of providing accessible and affordable online learning to the logistics industry. You will work closely with clients and users to assess their needs and recommend WiseTech Academy's products to meet those needs. You will also guide clients and users through onboarding, nurture client relationships, and manage and respond to client and user incidents and inquiries.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage new opportunities by assessing clients' needs and recommending WiseTech Academy's products to meet those needs
- Guide clients and users through the onboarding phase
- Manage and respond to clients' and users' incidents and inquiries (with content, wherever possible)
- Develop content to communicate about WTA product functionality in response to customer needs
- Support the marketing, sales, and product areas in WiseTech Academy as required

**What you'll have**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, responsive, and able to take initiative
- Experience in solving problems and driving continuous improvement in operations
- Experience in customer service and administration
- Experience in the logistics industry or eLearning (not essential)
