**Procurement Officer**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Source, evaluate, and procure goods and services required for production, HSE and logistics operations.
- Identify, assess, and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
- Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors to secure favorable pricing, delivery timelines, and service quality.
- Organize procurement-related project processes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor procurement budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance for audit and reporting purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, project management.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in professional business English.
- Good attention to detail and reliability in ensuring accuracy of data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
