**About the role**:
As a Storeman, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution services, supporting our Community Centres in providing high quality food support and emergency relief services to our clients.

**Duties**:

- Provide efficient warehouse and distribution services to Community Centres.
- Facilitate high-quality food support and emergency relief services.
- Provide efficient warehouse distribution and delivery services.
- Assist with shop operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Model BaptistCare values and commitment to excellence.

**Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**
- Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations or equivalent experience.
- Current LR Drivers’ License.
- Strong warehouse and stock control knowledge.
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).

**Desirable**
- Retail/stock ordering experience.
- Experience with computer-based inventory management programs.
- Experience working with disadvantaged populations.
