**About the role**:
The General Manager Barwon and Wimmera South West is responsible for managing the operations of high-quality services and programs across Barwon and Wimmera South West regions.

The position is a member of the Senior Management Team and reports to the Director of West Division.

The General Manager Barwon and Wimmera South West will lead the programs to achieve optimum client outcomes. The position is responsible for leading and ensuring the effective delivery of all programs in the region.

The position is also responsible for building and fostering respectful stakeholder relationships and to assist with the growth, development and delivery of high-quality services in collaboration with the Director of West Division.

**We have 1x Permanent Full-Time opportunity available based in Geelong, VIC within our Operational Performance programs.**

**Key Selection Criteria**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or an allied field.
- Evidence of senior level experience in social work, public policy, child protection, therapeutic out of home care or a related discipline.
- A track record of contemporary leadership experience driving, motivating and developing high functioning partnerships and outcomes focussed teams.
- Demonstrated sound knowledge and understanding of overarching quality and policy frameworks underpinning child, youth and family services.
