**About the facility**
- Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

**About the role**
- As the Operations Manager, Renal Services will work in partnership with the Director of Renal Services and Co-Director to ensure the service priorities are aligned with the Barwon Health Strategic Clinical Services Plan. This role is responsible for leading strategic planning and operational management for the designated services, to ensure clinical service delivery is of high quality, contemporary, safe and is in partnership with the consumers of the service. The role is a key liaison position with responsibilities supporting our regional satellite units in Barwon South West.
- As the Operations Manager, Renal Services you'll be a leader within Renal Services, the MESH Directorate and the broader organisation and as such will contribute to the overall management, performance and outcomes of the organisation by developing professional and collaborative partnerships and participating in committees and groups to support this.
- You'll have direct reports across renal services, including nursing and administrative staff and supports dialysis services and specialist clinic activity for Barwon Health.
