This is a rare opportunity to become part of one of Melbourne’s premiere venues - an exclusive private members club in the heart of the CBD. The important role of Beverage Attendant operates across functions and mini-bar service with elements of stock control and guest relationships. you will be working in a small team where presentation and professionalism are imperative. In this prestigious environment, personable service is recognised and encouraged; you will take pride in your ability to remember your guests, their preferred drink, how they like it poured.

**About You**:
This permanent position is seeking an experienced Beverage Waiter who has come from a fine dining, 5-star hotels, exclusive members club, or top-tier corporate background; knowledge of wine and spirits highly sought after. A professional individual who will want to build a long lasting tenue and will enjoy employment stability with the comfort of daytime hours.

You will also need:

- a current Victorian Police check.
- full working rights in Australia: citizenship or permanent residency
- Victorian RSA
