**Join our dynamic team as a Junior PMO Scheduler**and play a key role in the successful execution of projects In this position, you will support our project management team in a collaborative environment, contributing to the creation and maintenance of schedules that drive project success. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the project management team in the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using PERT and Critical Path analysis.
- Maintain essential project management artefacts, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM), ensuring accurate representation of project work.
- Assist in preparing monthly reporting inputs and contribute to Earned Value Management (EVM) methods for effective project tracking and reporting.
- Perform schedule risk analysis and actively participate in the Risk & Opportunity process to mitigate project risks and capitalise on potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to foster a cooperative work environment and ensure adherence to project management processes, driving project success.
**Your Skills**:
- ** Minimum 3 years of experience** in Project Planning and Project Management.
- ** Demonstrated knowledge of the project management lifecycle** including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
- ** Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM)** for tracking project performance and managing budgets.
- ** Skills with scheduling tools** such as Primavera and Microsoft Project for effective project scheduling.
- ** Experience in financial/budgetary control** of work packages and control accounts to ensure project viability.
- ** Excellent written and oral communication skills** for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
