The Opportunity.
**As our Project Support Officer, you will**:

- Support the delivery of sponsorships and promotional events in accordance with our department's and Queensland Government policies and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation, implementation and evaluation of relevant documentation including communication material to ensure efficient and effective.
- Maintain effective project support and recordkeeping practices including planning prioritising workloads and maintaining assets registers, licence renewals and data entry.
- Provide general and human resource administrative support including preparation of briefing materials, invoice payment, budget development and recruitment documentation.
- Liaise with staff from other business areas and agencies to ensure all project, event and sponsorship commitments are fulfilled.
- Use time management skills effectively to manage competing priorities and exercise appropriate judgement in a busy work environment.
