**Role Overview**:
Our client is a household brand who has been providing technology solutions for businesses for nearly 90 years. They are now seeking a dynamic Solution Sales Specialist to join their Enterprise team. This position has become available due to the departure of a previous team member, and they are eager to find a passionate and driven professional to fill this vital role.

This company provides a suite of SaaS and Services to help companies to modernise and reduce operating expense. Your role will involve selling software and services solutions to government and corporate clients.

**Responsibilities**: As a Solutions Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and address business problems for new and some existing customers. Your target profile will be customers with 500-5000 seats, across corporate as well as state and local government entities. This role involves the full gambit of sales activity from lead generation, conducting solution design meetings, cold calling, and successfully navigating complex sales cycles to close deals. Additionally, you will conduct thorough research on target verticals and decision-makers to better understand their needs and challenges.

**Key Metrics**: The Solutions Sales Specialist Enterprise role involves handling deals with an average sales value ranging from $50,000 to $350,000. Sales cycles typically vary from 3 to 9 months. With an annual budget of 1 million.

**Sales Training and Onboarding**: As a new member of the team, you will undergo an extensive formal onboarding program. This program includes shadowing existing salespeople, collaborating with the presales team, and gaining in-depth insights into the upstream solutions product offerings. The onboarding process typically spans around 6 months, during which they focus on developing your sales skills and knowledge to ensure a successful start.

**Compensation**:
A significant base salary for this position is will be negotiated depending on your experience. A car allowance will also be provided as well as an uncapped commission structure. Earning $300k + is completely achievable if you can smash your numbers. Other benefits will also be outlined for
