The Digital, Technology and Innovation Branch are on the search for an Enterprise Solutions Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Team Leader Digital and Enterprise Solutions you will have the opportunity to use your planning and problem-solving skills to identify and develop technology solutions while understanding and mapping business requirements to systems / technical requirements to ensure they align with Council’s Digital Innovation Strategy (Enterprise Architecture).

Essential:

- Tertiary qualification in IT or a related discipline or substantial experience in Business/Systems Analysis.
- Ability to create comprehensive system and supporting project documentation including requirements documents, technical and functional specifications, as-is/as-built documentation, etc.
- Proficiency in systems integration.
- Solid experience working with data and modern database solutions, including data design and utilising data extraction tools (SQL, Power BI, ETL, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

- Previous Local government employment in IT support and administration
- Experience supporting and managing multiple cloud-based enterprise systems.
- Proven project management skills.
- Expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform

To meet Council’s WHS requirements and in accordance with Council’s Covid-19 Safety Plans, this position has been identified via risk assessment to be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide evidence of an approved medical contraindication. If a medical contraindication certificate is provided, it will be assessed against a risk assessment and the decision of whether Council accepts the medical contraindication certificate, will be based on operational needs.
