**About the Role**
As a Communications Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer focused service as the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, specialist, and clinical and non-clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to various department
- Answering questions from patents, visitors, and staff, providing them with accurate and timely information
- **_Must_** **_be available to work a 24/7 rotating roster_**_,_** which means you must be available for all shifts, day/night, weekends and holidays.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a fast-paced switchboard or similar role.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent service with courtesy and respect for everyone you interact with.
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including excellent enunciation, articulation, and listening skills for effective telephone conversations.
- Values honesty, integrity, and ethics
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to handle issues and resolve conflicts effectively
**Remuneration**
On offer is an hourly rate ranging from **$29.78 +**superannuation based on qualifications and experience, exclusive of penalties and allowances.
