**About the Role**

Saké Restaurant & Bar delivers a delightful, modern riff to traditional Japanese cuisine and brings its signature, super-fusion stamp to multiple, stunning locations in Australia, with three venues located in Sydney.

We are looking for **Waiters** to join the team of award-winning, dedicated hospitality specialists at** Sake Rocks**.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Personalities that boast a captivating energy and compliment Sake’s fine dining standards
- Front of House experts that can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a culinary journey of a Japanese ingredient-driven and seasonally inspired food and beverage menu
- Knowledge of International wines, spirits, and beers, would be beneficial
- Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights
