**About the Roles**
- **Waiters**: Deliver attentive, knowledgeable table service in a premium setting.
- **Runners**:Deliver food and beverages to tables and assisting with guest needs.
- **Bartender**: Craft exceptional drinks with flair, consistency, and efficiency.
- **Hosts**: Welcome and seat guests, managing reservations and ensuring a seamless first impression.
- **Pass Caller**: Coordinate the flow of dishes from kitchen to floor, ensuring timing and presentation meet our exacting standards.
- **Breakfast All-rounder (the Collective)**: Front-of-house all-rounder delivering table service and crafting specialty coffee with skill and consistency.

- Holds a valid RSA.
- Has prior experience in a similar role within high-quality restaurants, bars, or hotels.
- Thrives in fast-paced, service-driven environments.
