**The Role**:
This is an incredible opportunity to be part of Melbourne’s newest Lifestyle Hotel.

As our Bartender, you will be working with our Food and Beverage Team to support the Restaurant Manager in the smooth, efficient running of the day-to-day operations of the business and making Melbourne best tasting cocktails

Our selling list is Victorian driven and constantly evolving. Fresh herb based cocktails, craft beers, gintonicas plus an interesting tight wine list

We are looking for a hospitality professional who is curious minded, energetic, passionate & connected to the latest and newest. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Providing personalised service to all guests
- Monitor operation supplies and reducing spoilage and wastage
- Opening, set up and closing of the outlet per shift
- Handle all guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manger
- Set, clear and reset designated working areas

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- Previous experience working in a bar as a mixologist
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage your time
- A local certificate in food handling and hygiene would be advantageous skills
- The confidence to promote ideas and make sound decisions under pressure
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Understanding all aspects of the bar, from changing kegs, shaking beautiful cocktails to owning the chat
- Proud of your drinks and service. Input encouraged. Get your favorite on the list
