Heartbreaker
Inspired by the classic dive bars of Los Angeles, Heartbreaker is a good-time Rock ‘n’ Roll Bar serving great booze ‘til the early hours; giving city dwellers somewhere to drink after The Everleigh calls last orders.
Heartbreaker champions both Australian and American craft beers whilst the back bar supports a smoking selection of Tequila, Mezcal & Whiskey, mixed with a playlist to match.
If you feel right at home behind the bar and not shy to venture onto the floor, dig late-night venues and working in a fast-paced CBD environment. Come and join us and work hard and happily into the early hours, unfazed by a 3am finish.
Role and Requirements:
You will have experience in a busy bar or pub and will be looking to take the next step in your hospitality career with an established hospitality group.
With 1 or 2 years experience as a bartender, you have an interest in spirits and craft beer, and talking to people from all walks of life who come to Heartbreaker to enjoy the vibe and hospitality.
We are looking for someone who enjoys hard work, and being part of a small and eclectic team and available over the weekends.
