Hays has partnered with an Australian leader in Finance, Insurance and Banking based in Brisbane CBD. We are currently seeking a Management Assistant to join their team for a period of 3 - 4 months.

**Your new role**

In this position, you will join the team specialising in Commercial and Personal Injury Insurance. Your role will involve offering substantial assistance to our Senior Leaders. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating both internal and external meetings, workshops, and team events
- Handling the processing of supplier invoices, travel, and miscellaneous expenses
- Organising travel arrangements and accommodation
- Assisting team members with system and process-related queries
- Facilitating the integration of new team members into the organisation

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience as a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in managing schedules and handling expenses/invoices
- Exceptional organisational skills with the capacity to manage hectic schedules and balance competing priorities
- Comfortable interacting with both internal and external parties
- A forward-thinking and cooperative mindset, coupled with a strong sense of initiative
