We’re excited to be recruiting for an Assistant Facility Manager (or what we call Operations Manager internally) at Parkinson Aquatic Centre.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to the community. With a strong emphasis on leading day-to-day operations, this position suits a proactive individual who enjoys building team culture, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who can confidently lead the overall operations of the venue, with a particular emphasis on customer service, lifeguarding, health club, member satisfaction, and team development.
You'll need to be available full time, across mornings and evenings, and be available at least one day at the weekend.

Essential Qualifications (or willingness to obtain):
- Current Blue Card/ Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certification
- Current CPR
- Pool Lifeguard
