**Salary**: up to $80K plus super + (additional 6 weeks paid leave per year, total 10 weeks)

**Personal Assistant to Founder/Managing Director**:

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an inspiring Founder and Managing Director—an ex-French journalist turned creative entrepreneur—at the helm of a fast-paced, dynamic business.

Based in our brand-new heritage listed multi-level office in The Rocks, Sydney, this role is perfect for someone returning to work or looking for a flexible schedule. You’ll be the backbone of the Founder/Managing Director’s Day-to-day operations, ensuring his time is spent where it’s most impactful while keeping the office and team running seamlessly.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Master of the Calendar**: Manage the Founder/Managing Director’s diary and schedule, ensuring his time is spent where it matters most.
- **Office Hero**: Keep the office running smoothly, from supplies to systems—it’s all in your capable hands.
- **Money Manager**: Approve and track invoices on the company credit card like a pro.
- **Team Connector**: Organise team meetings and ensure everyone is on the same page.
- **Travel Guru**: Book flights, plan itineraries, and make sure every trip runs like clockwork.
- **Personal Lifesaver**: From booking hotels to running errands (and even walking the office dogs if needed), you’ll handle it all with a smile.
- **Everyday Rockstar**: Take care of admin, manage daily tasks, and ensure the Founder/Managing Director’s Day is seamless.

- A born organiser who thrives on creating order in chaos.
- A proactive problem-solver who’s always one step ahead.
- Someone with a positive attitude, a sense of humour, and a love for dogs.
- Experienced in office management, executive support, or similar roles.
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready to tackle anything that comes your way.
