**Job Description**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join our growing Real Estate Management Services team in our Sydney West office located in Parramatta. We are driven to maximise the performance of our client’s assets by working with owners, landlords and investors to develop and implement commercial property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency.

This key role will be responsible for the property management of our clients’ commercial and industrial assets where you will build strong relationships with the clients and their tenants to ensure that objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.

**You will successfully achieve this by**:

- Lease administration, arrears management and client reporting whilst handling the day to day management matters dealing with owner and tenant enquiry
- Budgeting and outgoing reconciliation on an annual basis whilst monitoring expenditure and ensuring all recoverable outgoings are received
- On occasion arrange repairs (mainly of a capital nature) whilst noting that you will have full support from an operations manager if needed
- Property inspections and asset condition reporting as needed inclusive of establishing make good scopes ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Negotiation of new leases and lease renewals as instructed by client and instructing solicitors as per clients’ requirements

**Qualifications**:
Holding or currently completing a property related course is beneficial but not essential. Continued education is encouraged
