We are currently seeking a temporary SSO2 Receptionist to join our team

What you will do:

  • Greet visitors/parents of students at the reception desk
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming school mail
  • Answer the general school telephone calls and identifying the reason for the call
  • Undertake word processing operations such as preparing parent correspondence, spreadsheets, macros, etc

What you will bring:

  • Confident knowledge of EMS and a range of Microsoft Office 365 software applications
  • Experience in a school front office or education setting
  • A high level of skill in communicating effectively with others and establishing positive working relationships with students, families and staff from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds.
