**Whole of Hospital Project Lead**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Werribee Mercy Hospital is a public hospital servicing the growing community of the West. As our service continues to grow a dynamic and passionate individual is required to lead the Whole of Hospital Project aimed at improving patient flow and access across Werribee Mercy Hospital.
- Full time, based at Werribee Mercy Hospital
- Project Lead role for our Whole of Hospital Project
- Integral role providing project management expertise to support the delivery and implementation of transformational initiative
- Drive strategic change required to improve patient flow and access to care across the hospital
- Improve patient care services, focussing on patient access and flow
- Allied health Manager Grade 4B or NUM level 3 or equivalent

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in managing hospital patient access and flow improvement initiatives
- Allied Health or Nursing/Midwifery qualification
- Current AHPRA registration if applicable
- Strong project experience
- Relevant clinical skills and experience in acute settings

Werribee Mercy Hospital is a General Public Hospital located in the rapidly growing Western suburbs of Melbourne. Our services include surgical, medical, maternity, newborn, renal dialysis, emergency, mental health, rehabilitation, aged and palliative care. The hospital has recently undergone significant expansion with the opening or our new intensive care unit, additional operating theatres and the opening of two new wards, taking the total number of beds to 298.
