**Change Manager - BSC**

A full-Time permanent, opportunity has become available within the Business Services Centre for a Change Manager. Based in our modern offices in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, you will be effectively and efficiently implementing the change components of all assigned projects for the Downer Group.

Reporting into the Group Manager Change and Training, your position is to provide tools, methodologies and expertise to ensure a structured and consistent approach to organisational change management.

You will be developing and executing integrated communication and change plans in accordance with The Downer Standards including**, **_but not limited to_**:

- Defining the change and the prevailing environment
- Creation and maintenance of change impact assessments and strategies
- Leadership alignment, stakeholder communication and direct business engagement
- Development and execution of communication plans

**ABOUT YOU**
- Degree in Business, HR, Psychology, training communications or related disciplines.
- Change management qualifications (Prosci/ADKAR or other Change Mgmt. Accreditation)
- Experience in delivering change related elements for large programs - across multiple locations
- Skills and experience with navigating a large/complex organisation and dealing with senior management
- Shared services experience or experience in large volume / complex organisations
- Finance, Payroll and/or HR experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- High level of Emotional Intelligence
- Project management skills
- Proactive identification of issues, obstacles and ability to problem solve.
- Hands on approach
