Our client is a well known retail brand with franchise stores all over world with 300 stores across the globe and celebrating 60 years of service. They are looking for an administration assistant for their head office in Riverwood NSW.

**How does the traineeship work?**
This traineeship is a structured program combining study and work that offers you an exciting opportunity to start a career. This traineeship is ideal for someone who want to start their career within administration.

This traineeship allows you to study online at your own convenience while working and building your experience.

**Your main tasks could include**:

- Deliver a range of administration functions that support other departments
- Assist in property leasing function
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Data entry, filing and archiving
- Scanning, copying & maintaining records

**To be eligible for this traineeship, you must**:

- Be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident,
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills,
- Be committed to completing a Certificate IV course in your field of work within a year.
