Warehouse Administrator

We require a hands-on Warehouse Administrator to work within the dangerous goods department of our client’s warehouse. Must be prepared to work in a hands-on role.

The position offers the right applicant the potential to be trained to become a **Dangerous Goods Consultant** and the opportunity for career development.

**Duties include, however not limited to**:

- Administrative duties
- Assist in completion of consignments (labelling, repacking, shrink wrapping)
- Receiving, handling and dispatching of cargo

**The successful applicant will have**:

- A self-motivated person with a mature “can do” attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- High attention to detail
- Highly focused internal and external customer service
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn
- Strong command of English language (verbal and written)
- Forklift licence or willing to obtain one
- Current drivers’ licence

Some experience within the freight forwarding/logistics industry will be an advantage, however not essential. This company offers an excellent team environment and work conditions.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
