**Job Overview**:
The Princeton Review Australia (TPRA) seeks an experienced and knowledgeable US College Admission Counselor. The role is crucial for providing expert guidance to students from Year 5 to Year 12, helping them navigate the complex process of US university admissions. This position involves working closely with TPR’s Senior Counselor in a hybrid model and engaging with third-party providers for strategic planning.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Student Counseling and Guidance:

- Provide in-depth counseling on the US university admissions process to students in Years 5-12.

2. Strategic Admission Planning:

- Develop and implement tailored admission plans, focusing on early preparation for younger students (Years 5-9).
- Monitor and adapt strategies to optimize student success in US college admissions.

3. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with TPR’s Senior Counselor and other educational professionals in a hybrid counseling model.
- Liaise with schools, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to student admissions planning.

4. Professional Development:

- Undergo rigorous training and certification provided by TPR to stay current with the latest trends and practices in college admissions.

Salary Package:

- Annual Base Salary: AUD 70,000 - 85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Includes TPR training expenses covered by JPI Global.
- Opportunities for performance-based bonuses linked to student success and service growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven knowledge or experience in US university admission systems.
- Familiarity with the Australian education context, especially for Years 5-12.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in counseling, education, or a related field is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
