**About the role**
This newly created **Junior IT Analyst **role is an excellent **entry-level **opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic individual who has recently graduated from university or has 1 - 2 years of experience.
Other key areas of responsibility will include:
- Migrating customers from legacy environments to new Enterprise environments (Pre-Production & Production);
- Execute environment provisioning, decommissioning and data migration scripts;
- Manual tasks such as Cloud server disk resizing, SSL Certificate management;
- Fixing data related problems where possible;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop automated solutions / creating workflows such as LogicApps;
- Document processes and procedures;
- Provide level two support for issues escalated to the IT Ops team from the Customer Service team.
**About you**
You will be eager to learn, with good collaboration and communication skills. You will enjoy working in a team-based environment with excellent troubleshooting skills and tenacity to discover the cause of an issue.
**You will also bring**:
- Relevant undergraduate course from an accredited university or college;
- Good collaboration, communication, and documentation skills;
- MySQL skills are highly desirable;
- Strong attention to detail to evaluate data for accuracy and errors;
- The ability to problem-solve under pressure and in complex situations;
- Competent and confident working in an IT environment, with excellent troubleshooting skills and tenacity to discover the cause of an issue;
- Fluent with some scripting language. e.g Shell scripting, Perl, Python, Node.js etc.
**Please note that you must have**
- Full work rights in Australia
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Ability to obtain an Australian Federal Police Check
