We are a well-established and reputable dental clinic located in the Redlands. With a presence in both Brisbane and the Redlands, our team is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to our patients. Committed to excellence, we are seeking an experienced  Dental Assistant to join our motivated and friendly team and help us continue to deliver exceptional patient care.

About the Position:

We are offering a new dental assistant position to cater to our growing practice. Our existing staff members have been at SD Dental for numerous years, so this position will suit a friendly and motivated individual who is looking to stay for the long term. All levels of experience are welcome to apply.

We are a team of committed dentists and staff that strives to deliver the best care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • .Delivering an exceptional patient experience
  • Chair-side assisting
  • Assisting in the sterilisation room
  • Data entry
  • Infection control practices
  • Processing payments/cash handling/ HICAPS
  • Verify and update patient information.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner..

Qualifications/ Team fit:

  • Previous experience as a dental assistant is preferred
  • Motivated to learn, and accomplish tasks
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Professional grooming and presentation
  • Organized, tidy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
