**Your new opportunity**
We are looking for a detail
- orientated Payroll Systems Specialist to join our team. You will provide administration and systems configuration support and maintain data accuracy for RAA payroll systems including CHRIS21, HR21 Employee Self Service portal and Kronos. In addition, you will:
- Provide technical support (maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrade assistance) for Payroll Systems.
- Identify, plan and implement improvement and automation opportunities within the payroll systems to enhance self-service functionality.
- Managing, testing and implementation of payroll system software upgrades as required by software vendor.
- Produce monthly board reports and other routine management reports within organisational timeframes.
- Update payroll system data associated with organisational changes including restructures, department and position changes.

- Relevant qualifications in payroll administration or equivalent combination of skills, knowledge and experience (mandatory).
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and spreadsheets.
- Well-developed analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Office suite
- Skilled in effective written and verbal communication
