**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking **casual gardeners** to provide high-quality garden and outdoor maintenance services to our clients across Adelaide. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is reliable, and takes pride in their work.

You will be helping create and maintain clean, safe, and pleasant outdoor spaces that improve our clients' quality of life and promote wellbeing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General garden maintenance, including:

- Mowing lawns
- Weeding and pruning
- Planting and mulching
- Sweeping paths and driveways
- Rubbish removal and green waste disposal
- Identifying and reporting any safety hazards or maintenance needs
- Communicating respectfully and professionally with clients
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within allocated time

**Requirements**:

- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or property maintenance
- Own tools and equipment (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Physically fit and able to perform manual outdoor work
- Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $36.95 - $52.98 per hour
