**Here's what you'll do**:
- ** Be the fun facilitator**: You'll help residents explore their interests, both within the care home and beyond. From art classes and gardening clubs to day trips and movie nights, you'll make sure there's something for everyone.
- ** Social butterfly extraordinaire**:Whether it's a lively game of bingo or a quiet chat over afternoon tea, you'll be the friendly face who connects residents and fosters a sense of belonging.

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous experience in caring for elders within an Aged Care or community setting is essential.
- Current Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or Individual Support or willingness to complete
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to get one)
- Australian driver's licence
