**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **NDIS Cleaner** to support clients in maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable homes. This role is essential in helping NDIS participants live independently with dignity and confidence. As a cleaner with Duacare, you will play a valuable part in improving the everyday quality of life for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a range of domestic cleaning tasks such as:

- Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces
- Laundry and linen changing (as required)
- Follow individual cleaning plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety at all times
- Report any maintenance, safety, or wellbeing concerns to the support team
- Build respectful, professional relationships with clients

**Essential Requirements**:

- Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning (NDIS experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle (if required for travel between clients)
- Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and orientation module (or willingness to obtain)

- Understanding of the NDIS and person-centred care principles
- Experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude
