**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven **Solar & Battery Salesperson** to join our growing team. This role is **commission-only**, ideal for individuals who thrive on results and are passionate about renewable energy solutions. You’ll be responsible for driving sales across both **on-grid** and **off-grid** markets, helping customers transition to sustainable, independent energy systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and close sales for residential and commercial solar and battery systems.
- Educate customers on grid-connect and off-grid energy solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to signed agreement.
- Work closely with design and installation teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold professional communication standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience (solar, battery, or renewable energy preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainable technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection.
