**Job Description**:
**Your new opportunity at Nine**:
As the Trade Marketing Coordinator you will report to the Group Trade Marketing Manager, providing a key support function to the team across events and content. From help on-ground with activation and event implementation, to marketing e-communications, merchandise and website management.

This is an incredible entry level marketing role for someone wanting to get into media and entertainment, whilst receiving broad exposure across a number of marketing functions.

Day to day responsibilities:

- Primarily a direct service to the Sales team, working closely with departments such as Corporate Communications, People & Culture, Strategy & Insights, Content Partnerships
- Support the implementation of and act as a brand ambassador at trade events and activations
- Building of e-communications in platforms such as Adobe Campaign
- Creation of post event analysis presentations
- Manage sales collateral and online storage maintenance to ensure all documents are up to date for sales personnel across the country
- Collate and manage network signage and merchandise
- Manage corporate branding portals and associated branding/signage
- Support ad hoc requests from the national sales team, including monitoring the Trade Marketing inbox and distributing and answering enquiries

**Qualifications**:
**What you will bring to the role**:

- University degree in marketing, media or communications preferable
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Sound use with Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Proactive, solution-oriented, demonstrating high levels of ownership and responsibility
- Able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- **Please note**: Some out of office hour work is required during events, along with interstate travel on occasions. We have a time in lieu policy that compensates for significant time out of the office.
