**About the team**

The Finance Business Partner team work closely with the diagnostics and support services Directorates providing:

- **Commercial insight, financial advice, funding and activity analysis and business case support.**:

- **Divisional budgeting, forecasting and reporting**

**About the role**

A regular day will see you:

- **Provide financial insight and advice to relevant Executive, Divisional Directors and other Business directors to optimise financial performance.**:

- **Drive optimal financial decision-making through the provision of timely, accurate and useful information to management.**:

- **Undertake financial analysis of operational strategies to ensure efficient utilisation of resources, identifying opportunities to improve financial results.**:

- **Drive continuous improvement of organisational processes, procedures, systems and reporting.**:

- **Drive a culture of financial accountability, integrity and compliance.**:

- **Manage key stakeholder relationships.**

**About you**

To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:

- **Qualified accountant (either a member of CA, CPA (or equivalent), or working towards CA/CPA)**:

- **Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.**
