**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support for clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Assist clients in accessing community services, activities, and appointments.
- Support clients to achieve their personal goals, fostering independence and skill development.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
- Follow individual care plans and behavioral support strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Comply with all health, safety, and infection control standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**

**Essential**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for clients.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: From $31.67 per hour

Work Location: In person
