We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced **After Sales Manager** to lead a team of 3 within our **Nespresso Quality Assurance** **team **located in **Rhodes**.
- Driving quality in products and services, and compliancy in safety, health, environment standards
- Ensure a consistent consumer experience by supporting teams on technical and after-sales matters, monitoring and addressing complaints, enhancing after-sales programs, evaluating customer expectations, and leveraging insights to promote new services that improve performance.
- Drive business results through tactical decisions, manage the team and budget, define key initiatives, and enhance efficiencies through cross-department collaboration
- Lead, Coach and Develop your high performing team to achieve exceptional performance and outcomes.
